With the planning stages for our very own tea school on the drawing board, we thought it best to brush up on our presentation skills! Who better as a willing audience than our friends at the Art Series Hotel group. These savvy operators of cool Melbourne venues readily agreed to some tea training tips and tricks, so we boxed up some brew tools and headed over to the Blackman hotel for a little lesson. We brewed everything from subtle white teas to bold blacks, even had a Matcha making session and then showed off the new Breville tea maker ….talk about one extreme to the next! Everybody’s tastes were covered and we had a lot of fun, as well as learning a little bit we made new friends over tea….and that’s a good day!
